Y’all, I have been where you likely are right now!   

Maybe pretty similar stories, maybe not…perhaps our paths crossover a bit..

I have survived the crazy years of life! The known, the nightly unknown, and those yet to come!

Health has always been my passion, somehow, someway, likely through an  epiphany of my own personal health.  Truly, who does not want to lose 10 pounds and keep it off? I know for me, it was 33 pounds and 29 inches! YEP.. 4 years ago, 2018.  How have I been able to keep it off and continue my healthy life style? SIMPLE: I started helping others be the best them they could be. Lo and behold, it added HUGE ACCOUNTABILITY to my own personal journey! NOW, I share with so many others! THE GIFT OF HEALTH: Mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, financial..the list goes on!

Been around the block a bit being in my 50’s and very active in community, church, philanthropy, chiropractic, coaching, and other, come what may groups that I enter into partnership with or that simply fall into my lap!  

What is my passion regarding speaking engagement: WORLD CHANGING! Starting in the mind! Starting in the heart! STARTING1  

LIFE transformation, happens in smaller increments. Just like weight loss, after decades, usually of incredible unhealthy choices, it takes ACTION, SELF INITIATIVE, ACTION,  PLANNING, ACTION..ETC.. YOU SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING????
